Here at Brutonsport.com we know that our service is only
as strong as our couriers'. We have dedicated many hours
to test different courier services and find out which one
fulfils your needs 100%. We are confident that at any moment
we can track down your parcel from dispatch to delivery
ensuring a quick and smooth service. We have found DHL,
DPD and UPS to be efficient and reliable and we use them
for all our deliveries. If you have any question regarding
our shipping service then please contact us.
2. EU Delivery Times
We do our very best to dispatch orders placed before 1pm
(13:00) GMT in the same day. Orders placed after 1pm may
not be dispatched until the following day.
Deliveries are carried out by overland transport, so please
allow 3-5 working days (excluding week-ends and public
holidays) from date of dispatch for deliveries in most
European countries. Situations may occur depending on which
delivery can take up to 7 days. For Greece, due to unforeseeable
circumstances, deliveries can take up to 10 working days.
If you live in the EU and have not received your package
within the above time limits from completion of your order,
please notify us immediately, so we can resolve the delay
for you.
Please note: Until these time limits have elapsed we cannot
re-ship orders unless we know for certain that the goods
are lost, stolen or damaged.
3. Worldwide Deliveries
At Brutonsport.com we are happy to deliver worldwide but
we need some time to complete our shipping organization.
We are currently ready to deliver in the EU to the following

For delivery charges to countries not listed above please
contact us via info@brutonsport.com for a customised quote
(remember: we don't ship to Italy).
Please note that all customers outside of the EU may have
to pay local import duties/sales taxes on the value of
their order.
We are able to ship almost any product we stock in our
store to any country but, as we cannot be aware of all
the import laws and regulations that apply to each different
country, we must delegate that responsibility to you.
So, please be sure that there are not legal restrictions
in your country concerning the purchase of any particular
product you want to buy from us.
4. Additional Delivery Details
All our deliveries require a signature to prove that goods
have been received. If a signature is obtained from any
person other than the named customer at the specified delivery
address, the named customer is still responsible for the
item and any charges associated with it.
When your order arrives, please check thoroughly the packaging
of your goods BEFORE signing the delivery note. If you
have received a package that is damaged, it is VERY IMPORTANT
that on the delivery note next to your signature you write
the word 'damaged' or 'with reservation'. You must then
notify us of the damage within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
We will then arrange to collect and replace your package
within the usual timescales as indicated in the terms of
delivery. We CANNOT accept claims for damaged goods if
the courier has obtained a clean signature.
Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
Bruton Sport srl shall be under no liability for any delay
or failure to deliver within estimated timescales.
If the courier has found no one at the delivery address
and has left a card, you must contact the courier directly.
If packages are returned back to us due to non-communication
on your part, you will be responsible for additional delivery
costs.
5. Returns/Replacements/Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased
on the web site and receive a full refund within seven
days after receipt of goods. However, you must take reasonable
care of the item/s and must not open them. You will be
responsible for the delivery costs both to and from your
address. To cancel your order you must advise us by e-mail
or in writing.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you must
notify us within 3 days of receipt, we will then arrange
to collect and replace the item within the usual timescales
as indicated in the terms of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Brutonsport will only accept the return of
opened items if they are deemed to be faulty by the manufacturer.
All items must be returned in their original packaging.
Our couriers will not collect unpackaged items.
Brutonsport is not responsible for the claims made in
the manufacturers information provided.
Brutonsport may deduct delivery charges from any refund.
Important: We generate our shipping labels from the information
provided by the customer, so if you give us an incorrect
shipping address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office
number/name, etc.), we will charge you a fee of Euro 12,00
plus normal shipping charges to re-ship each and every
package that is either incorrectly addressed or re-routed
back to us due to customer error.
