Recommended dosage

Designed For: Healthy adults 18-50 years of age seeking to support energy, performance, and muscle development prior and during resistance exercise or other forms of training or exercise.

NOTE: Always read all product labels and boxes prior to stacking any supplements together.

Recommended Use To Assess Your Tolerance: As a dietary supplement, begin by consuming 1 stick pack or less of N.O.-XPLODE™NT mixed with 4-6 oz of cold water. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. Wait 60 minutes to assess your tolerance. If appropriate, after 60 minutes consume an additional 1/2 stick pack or less mixed with 4-6 oz of cold water and assess your tolerance. If appropriate, after another 60 minutes consume an additional 1/2 stick pack or less mixed with 4-6 oz of cold water and assess your tolerance again. Do Not Consume More Than 2 Stick Packs Within A 24 Hour Period.

Recommended Use On Training Days: Once your tolerance has been assessed, mix 1 stick pack or less with 4-6 oz of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before training. Use approximately 4-6 oz of water per 1 stick pack or less of powder. If appropriate, after 2 hours consume an additional 1 stick pack or less mixed with 4-6 oz of cold water. Again, vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. To achieve maximum results take on an empty stomach (i.e. at least 2 hours after a meal or 1 hour after drinking a protein shake).

Non-Training Days: If desired, mix 1 stick pack or less (depending on your tolerance) with 4-6 oz cold water and consume on an empty stomach.

For maximum results consume 120 oz water per day alongside a protein and carbohydrate-rich diet. Your body chemistry and weight will determine how long it takes to experience the initial effects of N.O.-XPLODE™NT. Many may notice energy, focus, and muscle-volumizing effects within 15-20 minutes of ingestion.* These effects tend to become more pronounced every few minutes thereafter. Others may begin noticing effects within 30-45 minutes of ingestion, again the effects becoming more pronounced every few minutes thereafter. N.O.-XPLODE™NT induces its maximum effects 1-5 hours after ingestion. After 12 weeks of use, discontinue for at least 4 weeks. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

This product is strictly intended for use by healthy adults 18-50 years of age who are experienced users of pre-training/ workout products which contain caffeine or stimulants. N.O.-XPLODE™NT is not intended for beginning or novice users of the above mentioned types of products. Practice caution when using N.O.-XPLODE™NT in direct combination with any other caffeine - or stimulant - containing products or if you are caffeine-sensitive. Always begin use with 1 stick pack or less and assess your tolerance. Do not consume more than 2 stick packs within a 24 hour period. To avoid sleeplessness, do not consume within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not use if you are prone to dehydration or in an environment with excessive heat. Use only as directed.

This effect should diminish after a few hours and should ultimately subside after days of continuous use.
