Recommended dosage

Mix 1-2 scoops of Super Quad Protein with 250-375ml (8-12oz) of water or your favorite beverage 20 minutes after your workout. For best results, consume your daily protein allotment over 4-6 small meals spread evenly throughout the day. When strength-training, studies support an intake of 2 grams of protein per kilo of body weight per day.
