Recommended dosage

Training Days - Take 4 capsules of AE2 and 4 capsules of CEO Pre-Workout. Then take 4 capsules of AE2 and 4 capsules of CEO Post-Workout.

Non-Training Days - Take 4 capsules of AE2 and 4 capsules of CEO in the morning. Then take 4 capsules of AE2 and 4 capsules of CEO in the afternoon.
