Recommended dosage
Add 1 to 2 servings (1 to 2 scoops) of Nitro-Tech Hardcore to 120-230 ml of cold water or skimmed milk and mix. For maximum results, consume 2 servings of Nitro-Tech Hardcore 3 times daily for a minimum of 6 weeks.

Creatine, a derivative substance from amino acids, is naturally produced by our body and is contained in various types of food. Its phosphorylated form helps preserving energy reserves in the cells. Creatine assumption, as for many other substances, can be considered in a dietary programme in circumstances when our body shows a reduced production of creatine or an increased demand of it.
