Ingredients: Protein blend (Whey protein concentrate [Providing Di- Tri- Oligo- and Polypeptides], Hyper-pure whey protein isolate [Ion-exchanged 97% purity]), Aminocore blend (cyamopsis tetragonoloba, l-leucine, l-glutamine, glutamine peptides, l-valine, l-isoleucine, l-phenylalanine), Cocoa powder, Soy lecithin, Natural and artificial flavours, Acesulfame-potassium, Sucralose. Recommended dosage

Add 1 - 2 servings (1 - 2 scoops) to 120 - 240 ml of cold water or skim milk and mix. For maximum results, consume 2 servings 3 times daily for a minimum of 6 weeks.
