Recommended dosage

For the first 5 days (loading phase)- Mix 1 rounded teaspoon with 230 ml of water and consume 4 to 5 times daily. After day 5 (maintenance phase): Mix 1 rounded teaspoon with 230 ml of water and consume 1 to 3 times daily.
