Recommended dosage
Take 2 tablets three times per day. Space servings evenly throughout the day. To maximize results, consume at least 64 ounces (1.8L) of water daily and do not consume any ephedrine or caffeine base products. If stacking with Kre-Alkalyn. EFX, avoid pH conflicts by consuming 30 minutes either prior or post Kre-Alkalyn. EFX dosage.
