BCAA's are metabolized directly in muscle tissue and help to prevent muscle breakdown, promote muscle protein synthesis, provide fuel for muscular energy, speed muscle recovery and enhance endurance.

Recommended dosage

Take 6 capsules three times per day - upon waking, between meals and before bed. On training days take 6 capsules before, during and after training, and 6 more capsules before bed. For endurance athletes take 6 capsules before and after training or event, and 6 capsules before bed.

Warnings

Do not use if under 18 years of age, if you are being treated for liver or kidney disorders, if you are pregnant and/or breastfeeding. If used for a longer period than 6-8 weeks you should consult your doctor.
