Recommended dosage
Mix one serving of IntrAbolic in 500 ml of water. Use a shaker or capped water bottle. Vigorously shake for 10-20 seconds. Allow the powder to fully dissolve (2-5 minutes). Start sipping immediately prior to exercise and continue to SLOWLY sip throughout your workout session. IntrAbolic is a concentrated formula and some individuals may need to begin with half a dose for the first week to acclimate their bodies to the prickling sensation created by the beta-alanine content. DO NOT consume more than one serving at any given time.
Warnings
A few minutes after consumption Beta Alanine can cause a prickling sensation on your skin, usually if taken on an empty stomach. This is perfectly normal and does not indicate an allergic reaction to the product.
Do not use if under 18 years of age, if you are being treated for liver or kidney disorders, if you are pregnant and/or breastfeeding. If used for a longer period than 6-8 weeks you should consult your doctor.
