This purchase guide intends to be an extra
support to help you surf among the products offered in our
site. You will find info on all the stages needed to purchase
on-line: from the selection of the product to the true purchase,
up to the delivery directly at your doorstep in 2/3 working
days by means of a fast Courier!
Register your data by clicking on the button “REGISTER” ,
that you find to the right of the “LOG IN” box.
Insert ALL the required data, including your e-mail address
where you may be contacted for important communications and,
above all, your fixed telephone and your mobile numbers.
At this stage you will also have to think of a “nickname” (fantasy
name) and a “password” (secret word), necessary
for the successive fast accesses to the site (note them down
on paper, not to forget them!). At the end of the procedure
you must click on the acceptance of the treatment of your
data for the privacy issue, and then click on “send”.
If all your data are correct, you will see the appearing
of the message “you have been registered successfully!” .
On the contrary, an error message will invite you to go back
and repeat the steps that have not been accepted.
After a 5-minutes wait open your e-mail box, you will have
received an e-mail message. Click on the link that you see
highlighted in blue, this guarantees that no one else is
using your name. At this point another message will inform
you that your registration has been confirmed.
ATTENTION: you must click on the link contained in the confirmation
e-mail sent to you automatically by the system, after the
insertion of all your data, otherwise you will not be able
to order!
ATTENTION bis: for the ones using a HOTMAIL address – the
HOTMAIL Server has a very strict anti-spam filter that could
consider as SPAM-undesired mail also the registration confirmation
e-mails and put them into the ‘undesired mail' file.
In order to complete the registration, it is necessary to
find the e-mail message wrongly put by Hotmail into the ‘undesired
mail' file and click on the confirmation link!
The procedure is a lot easier and quicker to do than to
describe, but after all it is a normal registration procedure
that any e-commerce site would require. A few extra words
can help you to avoid any confusion.
Furthermore, this stage of registration must be carried
out only once, afterwards you will have to follow the steps
as described below.
Important: the Registration is free-of-charge and does in
no way engage you!
Access after registration: in the box to the right (“LOG
IN”) insert the name you have picked as your “Nickname” and
your “password” (secret word), then click on
the button “LOG IN”. Now you are a recognized
Client, the system greets you with "Ciao + Name!"
In the box to the left, “POPULAR BRANDS ” or "POPULAR
CATEGORIES", select the product you want to buy and
the quantity you need. Then, click on the icon of the shopping
cart. On the left of the screen the box "SHOPPING CART" will
show your updated shopping list.
When you have finished your shopping, click on “ORDER”.
Confirm your data or indicate a different shipping address
and select the mode of payment (Credit Card or bank remittance,
see paragraph below).

Remember that the minimum order amounts to 60 Euro. Orders
below this amount cannot be processed.
Remember that shipment costs are free-of-charge in special
promotional periods, otherwise they will amount to a flat
rate of only 10 Euro for orders up to 150 Euro. For orders
over 150 euro there are NO delivery charges!
NOTE WELL: for the website to work correctly it is indispensabile
that the cookies are abilitated, otherwise the purchased
items will not show up in the cart!
HOW TO PAY
You must pay for your order before it is delivered and you
can pay by credit card (VISA, Mastercard), by Paypal, or
by bank transfer. If you select the payment via credit
card, you will be transferred to a safe banking server
for the insertion of your credit card data. The order will
be finalized and you will immediately receive an e-mail
with the summary of your purchases and any possible additional
information on delivery. Credit card information is dealt
with directly by the bank, so it cannot be either wieved
or stored in our database as we recognize the importance
of protecting your privacy and your credit card details.
Payment by Paypal is internationally recognised and used
as a method of payment for safe transactions.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer you will receive the
confirmation e-mail completed with our bank account details
and reference numbers to be given to your bank to arrange
for a fund transfer. The slip you will receive from your
bank as confirmation of payment must be then sent to us either
by e-mail or by fax. Your order will be shipped only when
the fund transfer is completed.
