What do I do if I forget my username or
password?
Our website has a tab option “Forgot your password?” Follow
the steps to the one that applies to you and this will be
e-mailed to you.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order using our user friendly shopping cart.
Our shopping cart is very easy to navigate. You can either
choose “Brand” or “Category” in the
drop down menus to find the product(s) you are looking for.
How do I register my name?
Register your data by clicking on the button “REGISTER” ,
that you find to the right of the “LOG IN” box.
Insert ALL required data, including your e-mail address where
you may be contacted for important communications and above
all, your fixed telephone and mobile numbers. At this stage
you will also have to select your “nickname” (fantasy
name) and a “password” (secret word), necessary
for the successive fast accesses to the site (note them down
on paper, not to forget them!). At the end of the procedure
you must click on the acceptance of the treatment of your
data for the privacy issue, and then click on “send”.
If your data are all correctly inserted, a message will then
appear: “you have been registered successfully!”.
On the contrary, an error message will invite you to go back
and repeat the steps that have not been accepted. Wait 5
minutes and open your e-mail box, you will have received
an e-mail message. Click on the link that you will find there
highlighted in blue, this just to be sure that no one else
is using your name, and at this point another message will
inform you that your registration has been confirmed.

Has my order been shipped?
Orders placed before 01:00 pm GMT Standard Time will be shipped
the same day. Once you receive the e-mail from us, your order
has already left our facility and is on the way to you. In
circumstances when products are out of stock we will contact
you via e-mail or telephone. You will have the option to
wait for the products to be available again or you can replace
them.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Packages usually arrive at destination within 3-5 business
days from the time they leave our facility.
How much will it cost to ship my product(s)?

Who do we use to ship orders? Is a tracking number available?
We use UPS Logistics
to ship orders. Once your order has been shipped you will
receive an e-mail from us (at the e-mail address you provided
on the order) with your tracking number.
I received my order but not everything is there!
This may happen. Please first check your e-mails. If a product
is out of stock or has been backordered we will try and contact
you suggesting either a delay in shipping (to wait until
all the ordered products are in stock) or a possible replacement
for the item(s) that are not immediately available. However,
if we do not receive further instructions from you we will
ship the available items immediately and cancel the rest
of your order. For any further questions please contact our
Staff.
What is your return policy?
We will accept returns on orders if they are made within
48 hours of receiving the order. Items must not be opened
or tampered with in any way. All promotional items received
with your order must be returned along with the products.
Shipping cost to return the items to us are your sole responsibility.
A restocking fee may be applicable. With regards to clothing
items you have 48 hours to notify us if you wish to return
them due to uncorrect size, etc. Clothing must be clean and
unworn. Please contact us if you require any further information.
Important: We print our shipping labels from the information
we receive from the customer, so if you give us an incorrect
or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office
number/name, etc.) and your package is returned to us, you
will be charged Euro 12,00 plus normal shipping charges per
package to have the package(s) re-shipped.
I have received my product but it is damaged!
In unfortunate and rare cases when this may happen please
do as follows: when your package arrives and it is clearly
damaged or you suspect it may be damaged, it is very
important that on the delivery note handed to you by
the courier you write "damaged" or "with
reservation" next to your signature. Then, please,
contact us letting us know your name, order number and
the name of the product that was damaged. This procedure
will enable us to send you a replacement ASAP and arrange
to have the damaged product(s) sent back to us.
Is it safe to give my credit card information?
We recognize the importance of protecting your privacy
and your credit card details. This website does not collect
your credit card information because payment is made directly
with the bank operator.
